Good point. I guess I have to be losing fat. I guess im just not seeing it..? Idk. And I've been driving myself crazy with sodium and sugar for 3 months. This stuff is tough! Yeah first of all id disagree with the diet soda. I read that diet soda is a silent weight gainer. Id avoid that if I were you. Also, I don't eat cheese. At all. It has alot of fat, mostly saturated. try not to get yourself down, thats when all the mistakes happen. stay on top of things and use today as encouragement. keep it in your head and remember how disappointed and guilty you feel next time you have this problem. dieting is difficult, i think it gets the best of everyone. tomorrow is a new day.

Also, I don't eat garbage on the weekends. I still abide by my guidelines for the most part, I just have some slips. Maybe have that bowl of ice cream I've wanted since last week or have a slice of pizza.

I think its good to make kids aware of this issue at a young age, but i have some problems with it. 1 - eating and exercise is different for everyone. Although this is clearly healthy, it may not work the same for everyone. I think each person needs to find their own plan that works for them as individuals, not a group.…
