Hi there, I read that book about all calories being equal. Are they nutritionally equal,though? In terms of vitamins and enzymes? If this were true palegra wouldn't exist. Gerson therapy, wheat belly, China study... All good reads :)

Hi Did you juice 5 days a week then take 2 days off? If so what did u eat on those days? I'm so curious. I'm doing 6 on and 1 off for 4 weeks. Thank you

If you can work up to 50 modified knee push-ups, you'll be able to do military push-ups. Jillian does work and you will be doing push-ups :)

Hi there!! I started in the 6th! I made it to day 5! Whoop, I'm doing it 5 days a week with my own cardio on Saturdays. It's fantastic so far, loads more energy throughout my day. Starting: 160.3 Goal: 136 Thank you so much for posting!
