For me personally I have to stay away from sugar as much as possible because one bite leads to a whole lot more, like a vicious cycle, I find it hard to stop at 1 cookie, 1 slice of cake, 1 piece of chocolate - its just a trigger for one whole day of failure! Would rather fill up on protein and wholegrains and veg to keep…

Pork crackling is my first love along with a roast pork dinner with all the trimmings - gravy, applesauce, everything. I just love it and the fat (not too much of it though coz that makes me feel sick) is the best part! Terrible I know and saved for special occasions only now.
