I have been on here for over a year, but...now I am using it to my full advantage. :-) Always looking for support and friends for motivation. Anyone is welcome to add me if you would like. I have my calories set at 1400 at 1200 I felt like I was starving, I am stil losing weight so I think it was a good decision.

I try and do a mile of walking/running each day at very least. Tuesday - 1 mile treadmill Wednesday - 1 mile laps in gym, 1 mile laps in gym I was told, never skip breakfast...it is the most important part of your day. Water, Water, Water. :-)

Saturday - shopping and running errands all day, I'd say at Lear 100 calories. Today, treadmill-1 hr 10 minutes, 427 calories burned.

I am excited to be here! BMI - 28.5 Tuesday - Rest day for me Wednesday - 18 mins of doing (1 mile) laps in the gym - 96 calories burned 23 minutes of doing C25K Week 3 day 1 on treadmill - 200 calories burned.

I am going to start mine tonight! I did it about a year ago and got to about level 2 day 2 and quit! I have a "buddy" doing it with me so we can hold eachother accountable. Im very excited!!
