I have used this site on and off for about 5 years now. In 2013 I lost one pound shy of 50. I was down to 132. I am back up to 165 and I need to get back in gear. I am 5' 7" and like I said 165 lbs. My goal is to lose 25 lbs. Feel free to add me (anyone) I need all the motivation I can get!

I believe it is time for me to be accountable, gained 25 lbs over the last year and would like to NOT get another winter 20...Count me in if there is still room!

I would go with option 2! My husband and I went to Mexico for our honeymoon years ago, it was awesome! We did an all-inclusive as well. The food was not bad. Thank you everyone! Great suggestions. I guess I am unsure that the co-worker is trying to be mean. I will for sure say something clever the next time she says something (at least weekly). Again, sorry for the rant, I just get so frustrated sometimes. I am glad (sorry) that I am not the only one in this boat!

I tried to attached the lady's thread that had the eggplant pizzas. That sounds good, I have some eggplants going bad...I am not a fan of them and seem to be stumped when coming up with preparation ideas. Do tell your secrets!!

I can control my depression with out having to take medication. I feel down and out when I don't exercise, for me, even a walk helps pep up my spirit!

My OLD story: I don't have time... My NEW story: I make time, if I have to drag the kids kicking and screaming on a mile walk to get in some exercise, I do! (They might complain but it is good for them to get out too, and they do enjoy it...sometimes :laugh: )

I have, it is do-able (but not fun), I like to be at 1300-1400, I am happy then and satisfied and my family is happy because mom isn't acting like a monster. It is a win win :blushing: .

I have used the Nike + Running app on my I-Phone. I love this app. It is a free but you can pay for a full version. The free portion suits my needs just fine. :)

I have lost about 20 lbs in three months. I walk two miles 4-5 days a week, some times more some times less. And clean eating.

I love to use cottage cheese as dressing on my salads (I don't like dressing). I also use it to top my baked potatoes. :)

I think it all depends on how a person carries the weight. I am a 5'7, 35 year old, at 135 I look anorexic. I look normal 155 - 145. I would love to see 155 and I would be overjoyed!! :) Again, I do believe that it really depends on your body type. Way to go so far and good luck the rest of the way!!
