Panera bread has some great sandwiches and salads. I also will go with Wendy's grilled chicken or the kids crispy chicken meal (it's pretty close in calories to the bigger sandwiches) Jimmie Johns or Lenny's sandwich shops have some great choices, too.

I love goat cheese crumbles, dried cranberries, salad toppers (comes in a bottle) and raspberry vinaigrette. Just had a salad tonight that had gorgonzola, artichoke hearts, dried cranberries, sliced grapes, grilled chicken, and a wine vinaigrette. YUM!

I use a Timex right now (hoping to get a Polar for Mother's Day), and I feel that it reads really high. So, I tend to divide the calories it says in half, and put that for my calorie burn.

This is too funny, because I am in the same boat. LOOOOOOVE y vanilla creamer in my coffee and I really like to use a lot.
