Hey guys 18 y/o 6'1'' (185cm) and 67kg (148lbs) Doing SS and 3300kcal bulk at the moment. Trying to escape from Bergen-Belsen. Tracking calories has really helped me so far, if I don't think about what I eat I'll end up eating really little and in infrequent intervals. May the gains be with all of you.
