I went from 170 to 245. Came home from the hospital at 213 - apparently I was retaining a lot of water at the end of my pregnancy.

Jane Eyre is my all-time favorite book:) I am a high school English teacher, so I am spending the summer catching up on some young adult lit. I recently read "Little Bee" and am currently unable to put down the third installment of "The Hunger Games" trilogy. Loving these books!

I hear ya on the Burpees and Mountain Climbers. But my least favorite is definitely "high knees" - my trainer makes us do fast high knees for 1-2 minutes at a stretch in between sets of push-ups, squats, etc. and I HATE them.

I typically spend a few minutes in the morning plannng out my food for the day and logging it on MFP. If anything changes over the course of the day, I go ahead and adjust the log. I track my water as I go and submit at the end of the day.

60 minute Bootcamp 3 times per week (usually M/W/F or M/W/Th) 60 Minute walk 3 times per week (Tues/Sun and may double up on M or W) Recently added in 60 minute Zumba class on Saturday morning. This varies, but I have been trying to average 45 mins-60 mins per day.
