Here is a before picture from when I was at Disneyland earlier this year in January! I've lost a lot of weight in my legs.

I should have taken some before pics :( then you all could see the major difference!

happy_vegan, When I am stressed and overwhelmed with something, here are some of the things that I do: -Go for a long walk. It allows you to "unsteam" yourself. I always like to think about how lucky I am to live the life that I do. All the positive things in life. Walking also burns calories too! -Cook a healthy dinner.…

What exactly is EA Active?

Mine are multigrain cheerios, cuties, ocean spray on the go (5 calories/serving), 100 calorie snack packs, and sun chips (1 oz bag).

You look really good! Congratulations on your hard work. I'm almost there (: Elliptical machines, treadmills, and strength training exercises might do the trick (:

Thank you Cydnie! It's getting harder for me to resist birthday cake when it is given to me at work. I work at a jumphouse place for little kids. We host birthday parties on the weekends and customers often give us their leftover cake and foods :( It's been tempting. I am going to workout more often so I can eat more.

Well I am only 5'1. I started my MFP journey at 132 lbs. A few extra pounds on short people is a lot more noticeable than on average height people. I let my eating get out of control over the past six months. I'm a college student, so I am always in class or working. At first, I was fully committed and feeling motivated to…

I am 5'1. I weighed 132 at my most. Now, I weigh 122 (: It feels good. I was at 1260 cal/day, but now I am at 1390 cal/day. You should eat AT LEAST 1200cal/day or else you will put your body at starvation mode and it will use undesirable sources of energy. As long as you exercise often and don't go over 1400 calories/day,…

Hi (: I am 5'1 and I weigh 122 lbs. My goal weight is 120. I'm almost there (: finally. For your height, I'd say a good goal weight is 120-125 lbs. You can push for 115 if you wanted to. As you get closer to your goal weight, its more difficult to lose the pounds. You gain more muscle, and there's not much fat to be lost.…

One choice at a time. One day at a time (:

Support and motivation is a major part with the mental side of losing weight! I love this site (; I have been using MFP since February 15. I am almost at my goal weight. Good luck to all of you!

Welcome to MFP! I absolutely love this site (: I have been using MFP since the middle of February. It is a great tool for weight loss. Track all of your calories and exercise for the day. It works! You just need to stay motivated and keep moving! Exercise makes you feel amazing. After I exercise, there always seems to be a…

Thanks. I love your comments. My starting weight was 132. I weigh 126 right now. My weight hasn't changed for the past week. I want to get down to 122. I've been avoiding foods high in sugar, fats, and sodium. I know that the weight is going to be lost at a much slower rate than how it was in the beginning.

Thanks everyone for your input. (: I do have an insulated lunch bag and little ice pack. I will definitely try some of your ideas!

thank you all (: I weigh myself every few days and all it's been lately is 126.4 pounds.
