I am gluten and dairy free. I have found what worked for me was not replacing gluten products-that is, I just don't eat pasta, bread etc. anymore. I do highly recommend it! I have felt great since I cut out grains! :)

It is hard to believe that someone could exercise like a maniac and eat 800 calories and not lose weight, but untreated or UNDER-treated hypothyroidism will do just that!
