Here in Japan they have something very similar called Shabu Shabu... The commissary here on base actually sells the meat already cut super thin... YUM!

I'm not a huge baker, but to me they don't seem like they would... they definately seem like a straight out of the oven kinda cookie. They turned out more like a cake/muffin. Not all sushi is raw... it's a common misconception that MANY people have. Something easy and safe to try for beginers would be a California Roll. It's nothing more than crab avacado and cucumber. simple yet delicious!

Well monday I was feeling like the poo so I didn't do anything. Then Tuesday all I did was crunches (about 100) because that's all my schedule allowed for. Today (wednesday in Japan) I did 2 miles and 200 various types of crunches. It was my first run outside on concrete in about 2 months and boy can I feel the difference!…

Good running shoes is definately key to running ESPECIALLY if you haven't ran in a while.... That is so freakin AWESOME!!! Well they pretty much walk or ride bikes EVERYWHERE!!! and like i said the serving sizes are way tiny! Plus I think it has something to do with all the green tea they drink... guess it's a big time antioxident!

I LOVE sushi!!! My 6 year old BEGSSSS us to go almost every sunday!!! It just sucks though cause about an hour later i'm starving again!!! You just have to be careful because the Japanese love their mayo and put it on or in just about everything!
