Our school instituted a Wellness Program and as part of that they hired a trainer to hold classes in the gym twice a week immediately after school. We had to pay a fee to attend for the semester. It lasted all semester. It was really fun exercising with our colleagues. It made it a lot easier doing it here at work too.…
