  • Not exactly the same but I keep seeing the scale going up. I keep hearing people say "oh it's just muscle you're putting on" but pants are tight and I am frustrated. What am I doing wrong??? Sorry, had to vent.
  • I wear my HRM in every spin class. I burn between 500 - 560 calories on a 45 min class. but I do push it hard. when taking it easy, the number stays between 430 and 480. - I'm 5'9 and not sure about my weight, but somewhere around 160. :)

  • oh wow!!!! even when I put my activity level at "no exercise" it gives me a 1921 daily goal, which makes sense if I was trying to lose 1lb per week with no exercise. no wonder why I am always hungry and my performance has been crappy in the last few weeks. Thanks a bunch!
