The tea cup is a great suggestion. Remember to order white rice instead of fried rice and to avoid dishes with noodles that have excess salt/sodium in them as this main leading to fluid weight gains. I always teach my clients that besides willpower there is also the need to find out what is triggering their overeating response (i.e. depression, fatigure, boredom, anger). I recommend to incorporate some "me" time to get away from everything…
