Aww I feel your pain. I ate at Whataburger twice this weekend...once at a place called Tacos and Beer. I feel horrible. But it's a new day :)

Thank you everyone for the help!!! I have to go now but at least I know what I will be eating and not feel bad about it!!! You all are AMAZING! :) :) :)

They do offer the taco salad bowl with chicken. I will probably do that.

OMG the chips and salsa are my weakness.

My mother actually does this diet. She says it works for her. I think it is a starvation diet that will have dangerous consequences later on in life. But I guess it is easier for some to severly restrict their calories or not eat at all to avoid the hassle of counting. As a former anorexic/overexerciser I hate this diet…

Not a great idea. You will be misisng out on a lot of vital nutrients that other foods will give you.

Go with the bread. At least if you do get sick it won't be as bad coming back up. If you had crackers I'd say those because they are great for settling a stomach.

Greek Yogurt and a granola bar. Or breakfast burrito with egg whites and FF cheese. Or a smoothie with FF milk. Breakfast is my fav. meal of the day. :)

my mom is actually on the hcg and she has lost a lot of weight. You take these drips under the tounge (or other method if preffered). But at the same time you would be starving yourself every day at first- 500 cals. As a former anorexic, I don't reccomened starvation diets.
