  • There was some big drama about Abercrombie awhile back. I don't like going into their stores because it's like drowning in perfume and cologne. As for Subway, they have tons of things on their menu that are not healthy and that's probably what they choose versus the low fat menu. Where in MS are you?? I'm in Picayune.
  • If you really want to cleanse, do an all vegetable juice fast. Nothing can compare to what that can clean out. All of those products out there on the shelves (like most products) are useless and contain crap that is no good for you. Just eat cleaner and you will feel better. :)

  • I eat quite a few snacks during the day. The only reason I can do that is because I only snack on fruits, veggies, and nuts. I'm big on real homemade fruit smoothies and homemade vegetable juices. It doesn't really take up a lot of calories, either.
  • You would have to do it for 8 hours+ a week. I am a hoop dancer and it hasn't really done much for my mid section, and I used to practice 4 hrs a day. Getting rid of the fat there with HIIT and weights is what had the best results.
  • You can't work on specific area; it has to be an all over fat reduction. The more you work out with cardio/weights and eat the proper foods (heavy heavy heavy veggies and fruit, very limited processed food) the faster it will go down and those handles will become smaller and smaller. ooo and water. :) Drinks lotsa water.
  • Any workout from Muscle and Fitness: Hers. I am especially fond of the dumbbell renegade pushups, chin ups, military presses. Honestly, any arm workout with considerable weight (Don't use pansy 2-3 lbs weights...I'm up to 20-25 right now.) should do the trick.

  • great example of how it effects everyone differently. I cried my eyes out and was injured a lot more on depo. I would be doing something and just burst into tears for no reason. Me and another girl on my ship (In the Navy) would do the same thing. I quit that stuff as soon as I could.

  • Static trapeze class has really given me results. it's also motivated me during the week to do exercise I'd never have considered doing; chin ups, pull ups, etc.
  • Abs are made in the kitchen. If you eat cleaner, for example I replaced all of my snacks with fruit and veggies, it will help out a lot. Crunches only do so much.   • Hardcore workout or just general? Online I don't know, but I read Muscle and Fitness: Hers. They have one long workout every two months in the mag. it's done wonders for me and I only do it three times a week. It kicks my butt though. Helped me learn static trapeze.

  • OMG love your photo!!! And to answer the question above from the orignal poster, just eat enough fiber and you don't even need to cleanse; fiber does it for you. They are just a way to sell crap you don't need but think you need.
