http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2016206/Dukan-Diet-How-CAN-stick-holiday.html I hate to use Daily Mail as an example, but this is for the Dukan Holiday diet. Might be able to give you an idea.

Wow, that website made me feel like I was committing a sin by juicing. Still got some good stuff though.
-
yaaa glad you asked this. :) I just got a juicer myself and am curious of the answer. :)

Totally doing this for dinner one night.

Listen to your body. If it feels like too much, step back from something. Only your body can tell you when it is too much. If you are exhausted, have odd aches that weren't there before and aren't getting better....good examples of doing too much. Also, remember that you won't always be dropping a few pounds a week. The…

Abs are mainly diet. Are you eating clean, non processed foods? You can do crunches like crazy but what it boils down to is cleaner eating and HIIT; you have to get rid of the fat there before you can start to see toning. So do both of those; clean eating and HIIT.

You. Sound. Awesome. I'm adding you. :)

Seven out of ten squirrels prefer RoadDog.

Agreed. I do have one meal a week that I go all out on (Pizza yesterday :)) I really love eating more veggies and fruit all the time. I just feel better overall and it was how I broke through my plateau.

Wow, I've never even heard of this. Once again, too good to be true, as most workout 'plans' are.
-
I doubt that considering her profile is the same way.

She has to learn and do it for herself. That also was the biggest run on sentence I have ever seen.

High intensity Interval training. Going all out at your max exertion; for example 30 seconds hard all out, then having a 90 second recovery. Can be done swimming, running, elliptical, etc.

Anything from Whataburger. Which I haven't had in weeks and now sounds so delicious.

Abs are made in the kitchen. Don't give up your fruit. Now the apple juice you need to get rid of unless it's organic. it's over processed and honestly has nothing nutritional about it. Same thing with other processed foods you may be eating. To get rid of that pooch you need to do HIIT and focus on eating cleaner; that…

I saw this on one day for your diary: You've earned 1128 extra calories from exercise today. In the end you only ate 1200 something. You didn't even TOUCH your exercise cals. You worked out that hard and didn't eat your cals back. That's not good or healthy. You are depriving your body of what it needs to recover. Eat your…

I used to take yoga back when i lived in hawaii. I loved the class. When I moved here to MS though, there really isn't that much around. I have to go to New Orleans for my current class: trapeze and aerial silks. We have classes here on base, but they are always while I am working, so i can only do them on weekends. :(

I noticed that too a few months ago with my husband when I started being healthier. All he wanted to eat was crap; fast food, cookies, cake, etc. But I fixed it easily. I make all the money, I buy what he eats. :)
-
Yes. You have to nourish your body properly. Having some every once in awhile is fine, but eating too much processed food will set you back.
-
Army??
-
No, but I wanna add you anyways because you are going to be a great motivator. :)
-
lol any restaraunt named potbelly can't be too healthy. And to answer your question, no, they are not. They are still considered fast food.
-
X is eating the right foods; i.e. eating clean. Abs are typically made in the kitchen; you can do crunches until you are blue in the face....but if you do not burn the fat that is there away it's almost pointless. You are already doing HIIT, which is fantastic. Keep that up. Eat tons and tons of veggies and fruit. I…

5'7; started off at 157 and didn't like it anymore. My final goal is 140, but depending on how I feel I may go down two more to 137. I liked how I looked when I was 137; fit and not too stickly.
-
Me me! :) I only have 5 left (thank heavens). :) :) :) Add me if ya want. :)

MS has the largest obesity rating in the US....two years in a row. But, I agree that there are some fit people here. Me, for example. Tens of thousand of military members that are stationed down here. And others, of course.
