  • Thanks for all your help! For some reason, nothing alerted me that I had responses to my post! I have realized that my sodium needs to go up. Historically, I never cook with salt and have never really put salt on foods. This is going to be one of the biggest challenges for me. My friend (who also has PCOS and just had…
  • My boyfriend is home for the week before Easter. (He's on the road for work until then.) I have lost 8 pounds since January. I want to lose another 12 before he gets back. Which would get me halfway to my goal of losing 40 pounds by June. I am focusing on balanced nutrition, eating a paleo/keto diet, and incorporating a…
  • I have been transitioning into a paleo/wild diet this week. I have already lost two pounds and that's even with being a grumpy PMS lady that doesn't want to go to the gym and be around other people. Doing the 30 day multi-challenge app for squats, planks, sit ups, push-ups and that's basically it. I would love to connect…
  • I have PCOS and after no success losing weight with just diet and exercise (I trained and ran a half marathon and didn't lose a single pound.) My doc put me on Met about two weeks ago. Since then, I've lost about 5 lbs. I'm going to add all of you lovely ladies so we can encourage each other!

Also, it is 85 degrees in my apartment right now so it's sort of like the most sadistic hot yoga program ever.…
  • Attempting to muster the determination to do day 2 today. I am so unbelievably sore from the fit test and day one, I'm not sure if I'll be able to do it. I'm considering switching to p90 (not p90X) for the rest of the week and the easing into Insanity again next week. Is anyone else super sore as well?
