After nearly 8 weeks, finally feel 99% healed on the pulled calf muscle - now need to lose the extra 10 pounds I gained due to less exercise/mobility!

Name: Gerard Current weight: 206 Goal weight: 185 What you would like to accomplish in 90 day: Get into the 180s for sure. Get back to 100% after brutal calf muscle tear put me down for 2 months. Get back to walking and carrying clubs playing golf 2x or 3x per week.

Just pulled my right calf muscle and frustrated, knowing that the healing process takes awhile. AND I need to adjust my calorie intake since I won't burn the normal number of calories since my exercise routine is severly impacted!
