So far wii fit and I just bought wii zumba and wii biggest loser 10lbs off so far several inches off also

you have your daily goal. you have left over calories if you don't reach your goal. if you exercise you burn some of the calories up so you have more calories to eat.

At midnight the day changes on the calorie counter so I don't know but sometimes I eat breakfast before bed.

:wink: watch salt intake. keep up with your water. cut meals into mini meals be careful with too many carbs because you want be burning as many. next there are lots of basic exercises without being on your feet. hold arms out twist side to side, and as you said upper body work outs. you are gonna do great don't worry :wink:
