I started C25K in March of 2011 and did a 5K in 41:03. I was on top of the world and thought that was pretty decent. Now that I've been consistently running since then (10Ks, half marathons) This year, I ran the same race in 29:02!

I drink at least 100 oz of water a day and I am an elementary school teacher. Luckily, my kids schedule is set up that I can usually sneak to the bathroom during their lunch/special/recess times. I take it at my YMCA, I really love the class. A mixture of kickboxing, pilates and a little dancing. You definitely work up a serious sweat!

Finally! Tall girls! I am 5'7 as well. I started using MFP at 228 pounds. I am now at 163 pounds, looking to get down to 150 - 140 depending on how I feel : ) Those goal weights are very very doable! Good luck! : )
