Lol. @liveoncebehappy. I’m 64 and a matter of fact I do write checks without entering them into the check book. Drives my husband crazy. Luckily we always have the funds so it’s not a real issue but he likes to see the checks entered. It’s just one of the many things I do that drives him crazy after 42 years of marriage 🤣.…

Yes stick with it... The results will follow! To get my scale moving I started really working out. Body Pump, Body Combat and Spin are my favorites. They give you a real burn. Also if you can afford it invest in a HRM. That will let you know just how hard you are working out and then you can challenge yourself to work…

I'm 56 and consider myself lucky... no issues what so ever.. I work out 6 days a week and it makes me feel amazing! I just pushed myself and once I got started could not stop... good luck you can do this!!
