My thing is that i dont be using 1/4 teaspoon of adobo. If i have one piece of meat i add like a pinch or maybe 2 of adobo. I dont see an option. Thats why im asking. I dont want to input 1/4 teaspoon and then go over sodium levels.

I was able to get through day 3 muuuuchhh better!!! my worry tho is that I wont lose that much weight. Even tho every one is different. I wonder if even tho (maybe) i do not lose much weight if I was to lose inches will it be noticable? Im even thinkin of trying the Jillians fat boost metabolism as well.
