Today i got 80 grams of protein from 400 grams(a little over 14 ounces) of salmon. 734 calories 30 grams from one scoop of whey-130 calories. I got up to 123 grams protein with all the other stuff i ate. I usually eat: eggs, tuna, beef, chicken breast, Greek yogurt, pork., fish. Supplement with a shake when necessary.

No. I like all animals. But most dogs are needy *kitten*. Mostly, i like dogs the way i like other people's kids. They're cool for a couple of hours, but then i want them to go home.

For me personally, thighs are the last place where I lose fat. I've also come to terms with the fact that I'll never have toothpick legs, so there's that.

If you have quite a bit of extra skin, the result won't be accurate. The "safe" waist measurement is 35, assuming that is all fat. The layer of extra skin is not fat, but affects your circumference.

He can actually eat whatever he wants as long as he meets his macros, which on such a high calorie bulk should't be an issue. Processed foods are fine in moderation. So is sugar.

7000 calories in 3 days means an average of about 2334 calories a day which is probably your maintenance or slightly above. Nowhere near enough food to make you gain 7 pounds. Water retention, scale fluctuation at different moments of the day etc. Also, if you think that's a binge, i have a feeling you're most likely…

I think you married the wrong man, OP. Mine lets me spend 45 minutes a day doing whatever i want at the gym, as long as all my responsibilities as a wife and mother are taken care of by the time i leave.

I respond to most stressful situations by working out more, but also by eating more. That being said, break ups have stopped being stressful once i turned 20, because i no longer have a heart.

Arms 3 times a week and legs ONCE? Squats- great for legs, glutes, and core. Deadlifts-legs, glutes, back, core. Arms too. Your biceps/triceps/shoulders are small muscles compared to glutes, quads, hammies etc. Why would you spend 3 times more energy and time focusing on those?
