I am in the same boat. I have tried again and again. Right now I am at my highest weight of 250. I was down to low 230's only in April of this year. It is time for a change. Feel free to add me.

As you can see, you will get responses from both sides of the spectrum. I drink it and I haven't died yet. That's about all I have for scientific evidence. Like everything else, all things in moderation will have no negative effects. I drink one or 2 a day and all is fine. Good luck.

Great job and a great testimony. I wish you luck in your last month. I have done P90X once but I need to hit it again. But I found out that the 80% food thing is no joke. Even though I was in good condition, I was not loosing the fat like I hoped. That will change this time around. Keep it up!

Our kids love it....they run out every morning to see where it is. Why is everyone so excited to kill childhood innocence? They are only little for a short time then the reality of how much this planet sucks will set in. Lets let them enjoy being a kid for a while.

Thanks everyone. It is very motivating to see progress. Sometimes you get on the roller coaster ride or stuck on a plateau and you lose the focus. I just keep going that its simple math. If I take in less calories then I use, it eventually must come off!

The best thing for me is creating new ideas no one else has thought of. I have 2 patent applications and 3 more in the process and I love the fact that I can look at issues or conditions and find new ways to address those needs. It is very rewarding, both enjoyment wise and financial. Just sayin!
