Toe Cramps?
I have never had this before but with my new running shoes and my new everyday tennis shoes, I am getting toe cramps in my 3 little toes on my left foot after wearing them for a while or after a long run. Ideas? I made sure my laces are not too tight but have no other ideas.

Standing at work?
OK, so in hopes to try to be more active, I requested to have a standing desk at work. So now I stand for maybe 4 hours of the day while at the desk. I am not sure if I should now change my target calories to account for this. Thoughts?

Half way there!
I was so pumped this morning. I stood on that scale (my enemy) and it read 229.5. I have not seen the 220s in so long. I have now lost 20 lbs and I am halfway to my target weight! I am so pumped. Bouncing back and need Motivating Friends
I have been using MFP for a while but for some reason I keep doing the roller coaster back up in weight and I am looking for some motivating friends to go through this weight loss with. That way we can keep each other honest and help through the tough days where we really want the junk food.

Lost
I am so lost anymore. Every year I try to lose the weight and every year I have some success then lose my sight on the finish line. I just can't seem to keep up the motivation. I see the success stories and I am inspired but at the same time I just love food. How do you keep dieting and exercising and not lose the focus?

Too much Protein bad?
I am not sure about the rest of you but when I eat foods low in fat and carbs, I end up with foods high in protein. I always seem to over my Protein level in MFP but below the carb and fat levels.
