Thank you all for the comments. I agree that talking to my doctor may be a good choice before starting. Also, I have heard about some vitamins don't mix well or absorb together so the 2 a day plan may be more beneficial. Thanks again.

What is with this? This site is about people supporting each other to achieve a goal. If you don't want to participate in the 100 crunches a day then don't. No one said you had to. You can do side crunches, laying on one side and keeping your legs at a 30 degree angle in front. Then lift your legs and your upper body together. I also did butterfly leg raises to get my lower abs. So my routine will be 25 standard crunches, 25 each side, and 25 butterfly leg raises. That's an even 100!

Got home tired from coaching my daughter's soccer team and I still forced myself to go for a 2 mile run! I will win....not this fat!

Great job man. My dream is to be under 200 some day and I keep trying to get there. My problem is I rebound back up and give up. This is truly an inspiration to keep pushing through it. Thanks for the hope that it can happen.
