Yeah they do like you to keep things pretty confidential. I guess that's because it costs so much money they don't want people getting the advice for free. Cohen's isn't restrictive forever, after you hit your goal you get a re-feeding program that re-introduces other foods, but that'll be like 7 or 8 months away. Not sure…
