I enjoy the 10 Min. Solutions Series. There is a variety anywhere from yoga to pilaties to kick boxing to boot camp. What I like is you can mix and match as many or a few 10 minute workouts as you want to fit your schedule. I know if I want to have a few extra calories I just add a couple of the 10 minute cardio workouts…

Im rewarding myself after each 15 lbs. My first reward was going to be a new belly ring but instead I got two new bras since I have lost some inches around and really needed the. My next 15 will be a new outfit head to toe and have not decided on my last 15 yet. :smile:
