Egg & cheese omelette with added spinach. I add a slice of bacon, too (keto). Keeps me very full until the early afternoon!

I think it's up to you. I can't eat before bed or else I don't sleep well. For some reason I sleep better when I'm a bit hungry (I know, sounds weird). But if you sleep better on a full stomach, I say go ahead. YMMV.

I just wanted to say it's great to see all these women of varying shapes and sizes all putting on their "brave face" and baring it all for us to see. I do not have a thyroid (removed due to cancer) and, while I DID NOT gain weight from having it removed, the medication journey was awful, it's still awful, and it sucks. If you're trying to help your depression, I'd just like to throw in that exercising (even just walking) for thirty minutes a day can greatly help along with your diet! Adding exercise to my life actually lessened my need for anxiety medication, and I was able to come off of three bipolar medications. I did a ketogenic diet…
