Thanks everyone, when I was just about to give up you inspired me! I will try and start weighing and paying more attention and see if that helps. By the way does anyone eat Korean seaweed snacks? I get the feeling they have more calories then it says on the package.

And I'm not doing a whole lot of exercise so I know it's not a muscle mass weight thing.. But my pants do feel a bit looser, that's why I'm excited to weigh myself to find out its nothing!

Thanks guys, Yes I think the scale is stuck.. I'm using measuring cups for my portions. I don't drink juice, only water if I'm thirsty, I actually don't like sweets, and I always over estimate just to be on the safe side. I'm not using exercise as a total for my calories very often, but if I do I underestimate. Even if I…
