Syntrax chocolate is yum, nutratech has pretty good and cheap stuff too. They have a deal at the moment $69 for a 5lb bag which is pretty good value for $ as far as buying in NZ is concerned! From bodybuilding.co.nz use the 5% off code to get it at $66 including postage.

Oreo's and peanut butter m&m's - lucky for me the m&m's are hard to find and really expensive here so I only get a packet every now and again, and I try not to buy the oreo's often as the calories add up so fast!

Yep, from Wanganui :) Have just added you all as friends!

Coat in burrito seasoning and cook, add veges and some kind of carb - I tend to do home made potatoe fries. Or chop up and add into a tortilla or rice rissotto, yum yum!

Some awesome ideas here! Thanks!

5'0" here as well (I think, we work in CM and the converter told me I was 5'01") :) Nice to see a thread dedicated to those of smaller stature! I'm on 1200 cals and only eat all my exercise calories when I'm hungry, otherwise I try and eat about half :)

Oh dear, I was thinking of going up to Level 2 this week, might give level 1 another week or so it's still kicking my butt!
-
I have just been trying to keep to my calorie limit, although I am only on level 1 about 6-7 days into it, with a week off when I was out of town. I think for a 20minute workout you don't really need anything extra but then it all depends how your body is feeling, if your feeling shakey or weak, definately have something!

Congrats! That is a lot of cm to loose in a short amount of time, all your hard work is definately paying off! :)

Thanks, it's always good to have a few new low cal recipes you can use to spice things up in the kitchen :)
