Brussels sprouts! Sautéed in olive oil, sprinkled with salt. I have some white truffle salt that I sprinkle on after they're done cooking. I used to make them with bacon, but I don't think I'll be doing that as much as I used to ????

I'm 24 looking to loose 100 lbs. I lost 30 lbs last year and felt great! Unfortunately I put it all back on. I'm hoping that doing this will help me break some bad habits, help me loose the weight and keep it off!
