go and get a sinus wash kit from the pharmacy... you squirt sterile salted solution up one nostril, it goes around sinuses and comes out the other nostril... marvelous really.. and slightly gross! close your throat as if you're gargling water... it stops it from trickling down the back of your throat (tastes awful).
