Thanks WickedPineapple. I have been through a few meds with my psychiatrist, but I guess a new one isn't going to hurt! I think I'm very bad at communicating verbally. I recently got a Fitbit Surge and I would highly recommend it. It tracks your heart rate, steps, cals, workouts, routes, sleep and stairs. It also displays text messages and can control the music on your phone. It has a nice watch display, has silent alarms (vibrates) and looks good. Not good for swimming though.
