@izzy214 1" loss is great! Exercising more last week might be why the scale didn't budge. The same thing happened to me last week. Hang in there! The scale will reflect your great work soon.

A binge, for me, is usually gathering a large quantity of food which I eat as quickly as possible in secret, usually to the point of feeling so sick that it is difficult to force the food in. My logged binges range from 1000 - 6000 + calories eaten in about 30 minutes. It has nothing to do with hunger. Obviously feelings…

Welcome to MFP, Marvin. I started at 411lbs (5ft, 33 year old, female) with 300lbs to lose. I'm almost half way there. I find prelogging my meals really helpful, and I log everything, good days and bad. Good luck, you can do this!

OP, I started at 411lbs with 300lbs to lose. I'm 5ft and female. MFP gave me a goal of over 2000 cals. I kept to it within 100 cals for margin of error. I ate butter and cheese and all the things I liked, I just fitted them into my calorie goal. I found planning my meals in advance and logging them into mfp made everything…

I have never been a normal weight. I've been obese since I was four, so it is very hard to imagine. Positives will be not having to worry about weight limits on things or having to squeeze into places or not being able to do things for being too fat.
