I have been logging on MFP since March and am down 30 pounds
My 47th birthday is 9/25 and being in ONDERLAND is the best present I can give myself. Its been about 20 years (ouch! THAT hurts to admit) since I've been there. Babies, thyroid issues, "I have time"... you name it, I had the excuse. NO MORE!- slow and steady is getting me there

You lose the right to complain if you aren’t eating what you are supposed to. Check things like refined carbs, cheese, fried food, sugar and alcohol. These things will keep you from making progress. Also people who exercise at least 30 minutes every day are more successful with weight loss.0 -

Today I am a little down. No change in weight. I check my food journal and I have not been eating enough, plus to many carbs. I will make necessary change and keep going. I have exercised more than ever and maybe too much. I have lost 1" in my waist! So that's something.0
