    We're starting a 12 Week Challenge at work and I need all the motivation I can get. My goal weight has always been 150 and I just can't seem to get there. I keep making it to about 153 or 154 and then putting 10lbs back on. I'm hoping that by having a larger support network I can stick to it.     Boy do I need this! I just came off a 30-day challenge and am feeling defeated. I lost 10 pounds. I'm so large I should have lost more. But I just have to keep going. I have Sjogren's Syndrome and Fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis. So I'm doing an antiinflammatory diet.
