hi Everyone, and congrats on your losses. As I am in need of some positive support, I am going to take the plunge into this group. Hope I, and the rest of you, do swimmingly!

my highest weight was 228 lbs, and I got down to 190 and have fluctuated between 190 and 195 for many years. But I swore I would never get back to the 200's, but here I am back on my journey to 'onederland' plus lower. Looking forward to the journey with you all.0 -

Hello Everyone
Sorry I have been MIA, I have had a very busy Summer & fall. I had surgery on my knee in July and recovered well.
Then 3 weeks ago, I fell and hurt my knee AGAIN! Well, I will find out how serious next week.
Ok, the holidays are up on us and time fot a challenge. How about a "HOLIDAY CHALLENGE".
The challenge is to LOSE 10 pounds by Christmas with the same guide lines you are using now. Weigh in every week. Its 7 weeks until Christmas, so you only need to lose about 1 1/2 pounds per week. We can do this! if you lose more, Then what a GIFT for yourself. I will post my weight Monday 11/13/2017 and start my journey. Please get Inspired and join the challenge.0
