Hello everyone and congratulations on your weight losses, if you did not lose; focus get back on track. Keep your food journals so you can find out what you need to change. I want to thank andreasrieth for the well wishes for a speedy recovery. I am doing well and coming along, I still can not walk without a waker or cane, but in a month I should be back on track. I have not gained or lost, just maintaining after surgery. I will get back on track ASAP

I see some great results and congrats to all of you. I am doing well with my recovery and have gained 4 pounds. I started back on my plan Aug.1 and I lost 1.6 pounds in 1 day. so that gives me a positive boost on staying on track. So I am starting this post with my weight:

I am well on my way to recovery after knee surgery and to be honest, I have not got bak on track. I really need to get serious and at least try. Sometimes we all slip up or lose our way on this journey, but we can find our way back on the right path. Reading all your post and seeing your progress gives me much needed encouragement. I have spent the last four days at my parents house, so I am taking the loss as a great success. I am very proud of fact that I went to the rec center near my parents house and weightlifted twice.1
