Definitely potatoes. And homemade bread. I used to bake our own weekly and cherished having that first end slice drenched in butter while it was still hot... Nah, from everything I've read this is normal for women, especially in the induction phase, because your body is adjusting to relying on the ketones you're processing instead of insulin. Definitely keep track of your cycle though, and don't worry about minor weight fluctuations like that, 1-5 lb changes in a day is normal.…
