I use Sci MX diet pro meal. its 26g in 192 calories. Has cla green tea and a few other helpful things in. I have the vanilla tasted amazing, strawberry was good, wasn't fussed on the chocolate

I used the Diet Pro Meal and The Ripped core fat burners like the ones you got, i take a shake in the morning for breakfast, then one before and after the gym, the tablets say take 4, i couldn't 1 the size is to big and they are hard on the stomach, i take 2 before the gym only
