I start uni on Monday and I'm on a pretty strict budget of about £25 a week... Going to raid the kitchen cupboards for olive oil and condiments etc before I go so that should save me some cash! I'm (a shocking) 173lbs and want to lose weight to feel more comfortable in my own skin, I shouldn't be feeling this tired or this miserable and something has to change... Me! I'm looking forward to starting this journey with you all.

Think I get too competitive with myself though and keep ramping up the treadmill speed! Got to remind myself that slow and steady wins the race!) Do the 30DS, I've done it before and it was a really good…

Another late starter I'm afraid but I'm going for 2.63miles (4.21km as I'm on c25k) and hopefully I'll still smash that 50mile target! :-) I'm off to go and hit the treadmill!

I've downloaded the app, going to start it tonight. I'll have to remember to follow the advice and not push myself too much! I have a tendency to push my limits and then I hate to exercise! Anyway... New start and all that- I'm quite excited to lace up my trainers and get going!
