Lidl in general do some decent stuff. A quick Tesco run at the end of the day though (I live about 5 minutes walk away) just to see what they've marked down with the magic stickers :)

Did my first half marathon in 2hrs 7.34 last month. Goals going forward are to do the same 1/2 next year but sub 2hrs and also to run a full marathon. London 2016... I'm coming for you!!

I'm a c25k graduate! Doing my first half marathon on Sunday, can't recommend the program enough! Just do it :)

I'm aiming for 2015km as a total for the year after doing an average of around 80-90 miles a month for the last 6 months. I'm also going to do a half marathon in March. This time last year I could barely do a 5k without wanting to die! Bring on 2015!

I got an under armour jacket from TKMAXX the other day, I agree that it's absolutely brilliant. Definitely stops me using the "it's too cold excuse" now if only I could find something that would get rid of the "it's too dark" bail out I'd be set ;)

Last month was absolutely shocking for me, time to lace up my trainers again and get some miles on the clock. 85 miles is the target for November... Let's do this! 1/11- rest 2/11- 3.28 miles

A couple I really don't recommend are the PHD diet flavours in the chocolate or the vanilla, they're really only palatable if I plonk them in porridge. Other than that... Blergh! They're so so sweet! Going to go for myprotein next time I think, I've heard loads of good things about both them and theproteinworks
