I don't track my sugar at all. I switched it for fiber, which is a much more important thing to track.

Of course its possible. Some people are very successful at losing weight just by eating mindfully. I've never been successful at losing weight without counting. I wish I could and I've tried several times. I just can't.

I just believed that it was impossible, which made it impossible. Once I believed that I could do it, I was able to lose the weight.

Technically, 145lbs at 5'3" is overweight. The normal BMI starts at 139lbs for that height. What matters more is your body fat % and how you feel.

I actually just set silent alarms for my fitbit to remind me to get up and walk a little. I set one in the morning and one in the afternoon, so my fitbit will vibrate and remind me. I used to have that set when I first got a fitbit 3 years ago. I just remembered that you can do that.
