I've heard that the rule of thumb is you might go down a pant/dress size for every 10-15 pounds you lose, but of course, YMMV because individuals are all different. I've lost 14 pounds and am down one dress size.

I usually have tea. I have a wide variety of different-flavored, fun-tasting teas from David's Tea, so that helps. If I'm actually hungry, I'll eat a piece of fruit or a vegetable.
