Hello. I am 5'2" and I am 158lbs currently... Oh yea and I have a vagina.. so. My biggest problem areas are my tummy, upper thigs, and upper arm fat. :( I noticed a slight difference in upper arms from doing chair dips and push ups. :) Hope this helps!

I do a lot of different workouts currently.. I like to mix it up and not stick to a schedule per se. I also tend to workout about 75 mins or so a day.
