it's hard for me yes. when I was 20 years younger I could drop 10 pounds in a week. now im happy with 3 pounds in a week. let's see how today went tomorrow! i'm hoping for another pound. haha

Mine says 220 which at the time was a total lie. I was really 245. Now i weigh less than my license but won't change it until i hit my goal weight of 175. I have some work to do. nice job to everyone who is on target. amazing results!

chiming in on this.. Walking! I love it. I'm a couch potato/gamer/desk jockey and weight lifting makes my wrists hurt so bad i can't lift. WAlking is really helpful for me to control my blood sugar since diabetic and my dog now gets the benefits of going with me twice a day on 2 mile walks in the neighborhood. Invest in a…

I have never heard of this Focus program. Is it a video? Sounds like you are doing a good job just making the effort. Keep at it and i'm sure you will get stronger. It's impossible not to if you keep taking the right steps. good luck!

Not too many men on MFP seems like. I just started. Type 1 diabetic. Too much weight on my frame is increasing my resistance to insulin which in turn forces me to use more insulin and gain weight. Gonna have to work on that. I'm 44. Feel free to add me. I need all the help I can get.
