I think it depends on you. I do it every day though. I was very sore too in the beginning but I still pushed through it and today was day 3 of level 2 for me. Best of luck on your journey!

I do not do any other workouts with it. I am day 2 level 2 (12 days into it total) and love it. I normally do mine in the morning about 10 when my youngest goes down for a nap.

I just completed day 10 level 1 today, tomorrow is the start of level 2 for me. I lost 3lbs in these 10 days & I also see the slight progress in my arms, legs and belly. Equipment wise all you need is hand weights and a mat (i just use my carpet in the living room). Calories vary. I would say the best thing to do is buy the Heart Rate Monitor to track them. As said before, 3 levels, 10 days a level.

I look at it like, if it is sore then you know it is working :) & it 's not painful, just sore muscles.

Today is day 7 for me of doing 30DS. I will say that if you are not use to working out then you will be sore, however, I kept pushing through everyday and believe it or not I felt better and not as sore after each workout. :) Listen to your body though, you know best. Best of luck to everyone!

as long as you are losing inches, you are losing. 7lbs in a month is great! Do not get discouraged, as you progress, you will not always loose weight because you gain muscle which would replace the fat lost. :) Keep up the good work!

Good idea, never thought about the hard boiled eggs. I will try to look for the muffins too. Tomorrow is my grocery shopping day ( I started my journey in between my grocery shopping weeks(i shop every 2 weeks, military pay days lol) so I have tried to use what I had but be sensible as well.

Welcome, I am new as well. Today is day 7 of tracking my calories & day 4 of excercising. I too do not have a ton to loose. Only about 20 lbs.
