I am also a nurse and work 12 hour night shifts. For me, it is key to plan my meals and bring my food with me, so that I don't go to the cafeteria ravenous and eat until I burst!! haha. We are in the same boat. I just got back on the wagon myself. For me, I wouldn't say that I binge, but I have never been truly honest with myself about what I am actually putting into my mouth.
